The cottage is located at the end of a quiet lane, with walks directly into beautiful open countryside and only 4 .5 miles from the famous Brancaster Beach. The pretty enclosed garden, meadow pergola and comfortable sitting room offer lovely places to sit and relax.

Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a spacious kingsize bed with panoramic countryside vistas, complete with a dressing table, mirror and ample wardrobe space.
The second bedroom features two handmade single beds that can be combined. With underfloor heating and an electric Aga wood burner, the cottage ensures warmth & comfort after chilly winter strolls, yet remains cool during summer.
The charming Duck Inn just a short stroll away for brunch, lunch and dinner. As is usual on the Norfolk coast, it’s very dog-friendly! Online shopping deliveries are readily available to the cottage. Located only 4 miles from Burnham Market, you’ll find 30 highly original independent shops and vibrant galleries.
There is an exciting array of eateries serving everything from cappuccino to sea bass, afternoon tea & yummy bar food. Fine dining can be found at the famed Hoste, you might even spot a celebrity or two there, cosy up in the front bar and watch the world go by
