The Nitty Gritty...

The property is available for short breaks and longer stays, we can do two, three and seven plus night breaks.

• We are open all year for weekend and mid-week breaks as well as longer stays. 

• Week long stays typically begin on a Monday or Friday. We may be able to offer 2 night stays and flexible start dates in off-peak months. Just ask!

• Departure time is 1000 hrs, arrival time is from 1600 hrs.

• Only guests listed on the booking form can stay or use the facilities at our cottages.

• No smoking, vaping or candles are allowed inside either of our properties.

• Payment of the deposit is to be made by BACS, credit or debit card upon confirmation of booking. Balances to be paid not later than one month prior to arrival.

• No Fireworks, candles, confetti, fire pits, portable BBQs or Chinese Lanterns under any circumstances.
